How does the trial start?
Inside the plugin after install — no card required. It does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Is a shadow session a backup?
No. It is an authorized temporary browser session. Ordinary visitors keep current settings.
What does one license cover?
One production domain (www and non-www are the same) plus that license’s staging, development and local allowlist hosts.
Can I undo changes?
Yes. Pause care or confirm undo of supported recorded changes. A new optimization waits for confirmed undo.
What happens when access ends?
A seven-day warning keeps the last approved settings while new work is locked, then WP Life Saver attempts to remove its supported recorded changes.
What if the cloud is offline?
New work locks after the 72-hour contact window. Previously signed expiry dates still apply.
Does PageSpeed decide promote?
No. PageSpeed reports appear when available. The Verification Engine issues PASS or FAIL.
Is there a refund form in the portal?
No. Cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal. Approved refunds are processed by the seller.
Do you test WooCommerce?
Supported interactions found on tested pages — menus, search, filters, cart — in desktop and mobile browsers. The report shows coverage.
