Refunds and cancellation

This page states how money and access actually behave in this product. It does not describe a refund window the billing code does not implement.
The trial is free
The 14-day trial is the full product at $0. There is no trial charge and therefore nothing to refund for the trial itself.
How to cancel
Cancel from License & Billing in WordPress, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. There is no card form inside the plugin. After you cancel, Stripe reports the subscription as deleted or updates its period end. If that period end is still in the future, access continues until that instant; if it is already past, the 7-day warning starts immediately.
After access ends
For seven days the last certified profile stays live. New optimization work is locked. When revert_at is reached, the site returns to the Genesis snapshot. Paying again after a revert does not blindly restore the old profile — it is re-verified in shadow and promoted only if it passes.
Failed payments
A failed invoice does not immediately lock or revert the site. Stripe's own retry schedule runs first. Access follows the subscription state Stripe reports after those retries (an updated period end or a deleted subscription).
Refunds of paid periods
This product has no separate refund API and no second cash ledger. Stripe moves the money. Request a refund for a paid invoice through the Stripe Customer Portal. When Stripe ends or updates the subscription as a result, the license clock follows that reported state — the same 7-day warning and genesis revert as a cancel.
What a refund does not include
A refund or cancel does not keep optimizations applied after revert_at. It does not transfer the license to another production host (that is a domain transfer, with a 30-day cooldown). It does not reset the one-trial-per-domain rule.
